 We are interested in qualified Data Analysts to join our dynamic team and contribute to our aim of driving excellence with data analytics. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance business performance. You will work closely with various departments to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable recommendations that will shape the future of our organization. Key Responsibilities: * Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns. * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver insights that drive business solutions. * Utilize statistical methods to solve specific business problems and improve processes. * Present findings to stakeholders, making complex data understandable and actionable. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, OR A Related field. (Not mandatory IF YOU ARE SKILLED ENOUGH). * Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent. * Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to a non-technical audience. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
