Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour Company Overview: Up to you Working Hours: 48 hours per week Qaifa Creative Agency is looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and creating stunning UI elements. You'll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a flawless user experience across all platforms. Main Duties & Responsibilities: - Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design decisions. - Develop user personas and user flows. - Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes. - Ensure UI elements align with brand identity and user needs. - Partner with developers to ensure smooth integration of design assets. - Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices. -Define and design intuitive interactions and user interfaces that facilitate seamless navigation and task completion. -Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of interactive elements -Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to align design solutions with business goals and user needs. -Ensure that designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines to make our products inclusive and accessible to all users. -Advocate for accessibility best practices and educate team members on accessibility considerations. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience with [ Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other design tools like PS and AI]. -A strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. -A portfolio showcasing your creativity and problem-solving skills. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. -Strong communication and writing skills. -Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. -Familiarity with social media analytics tools. -Education: Bachelor's degree. -Experience: 2 to 3 years in digital marketing/advertising.
