Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and motivated Financial Analyst to join our originations team. This role involves analyzing real estate investment opportunities, underwriting loan structures, gathering financial data, and contributing to the analysis process. We will train. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to continue to build their career in finance and/or real estate, as we offer extensive training and development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Collect and analyze financial information from clients Desktop research and data verification Assist senior financial analysts in analyzing client financial data to assess loan suitability and structure transaction. Contact clients to discuss their financial needs and determine eligibility for our loan products. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance financial analysis skills and understand the latest industry regulations and trends. Qualifications: Experience in one or two of these areas: Finance, banking, real estate, mortgage lending, and investment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone. Good computer skills Good Excel skills Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. High level of organization and attention to detail.
