Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a strong foundation in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and are eager to learn and grow within the industry. The successful candidate will assist in creating compelling visual content for both digital and physical projects, ensuring our brand is consistently represented across all platforms. Key Responsibilities: • Digital and Physical Catalogue Creation: • Design digital and physical catalogues, categorizing food and non-food sections. • Tailor catalogues for various store formats like roasteries, supermarkets, and cash vans. • Social Media Management for Each Brand: • Manage individual social media accounts across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook. • Focus on creating engaging content and targeting store owners on Facebook groups. • Website Design and Coordination: • Oversee the design of the company’s website. • Collaborate with an outsourced team for brand alignment and functionality. • Private Label and New Brand Design: • Develop designs for private labels. • Create visual identities for new brands from scratch. • Vest, Hat, and Uniform Design: • Design company vests, hats, and uniforms that align with the brand’s visual identity and functional needs. • Photography and In-Store Photography with Presentations: • Conduct regular and monthly in-store photography sessions. • Create presentations from these photographs for suppliers. • Stand Design in Coordination with Suppliers: • Collaborate with suppliers to design practical and visually appealing product display stands. • Vehicle Image Design: • Create eye-catching designs for company vehicles that effectively convey the brand. • Pack Shots for All SKUs: • Update and maintain pack shots for all SKUs suitable for various marketplaces. • Marketing Coordination and Leadership: • Coordinate and lead marketing efforts, particularly with supermarket accounts. • Ensure strategies align with the company’s goals and brand identity. • Company Profile Creation: • Develop and maintain a comprehensive company profile that communicates the brand’s identity, mission, and values. • In-Store Ad Creation and Coordination: • Design and coordinate in-store advertisements. • Ensure advertisements align with marketing strategies and store aesthetics. • Miscellaneous Projects: • Handle various other design-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. • Solid understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout. • Ability to translate creative concepts into visual designs that are both visually appealing and functional. • Strong understanding of measurements and specifications for both digital and physical projects. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a fast learner who can adapt to new tools and techniques quickly. • Knowledge of photography and photo editing is a bonus. • Advanced proficiency in English, both written and verbal. • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
