Job Description: We seek a highly organized and experienced Site Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that all site and project requirements are met. This role requires extensive travel across GCC countries. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements including SIR (Site Inspection Requests), MIR (Material Inspection Requests), and WIR (Work Inspection Requests). Team Management: Supervise and control on-site teams, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes, ensuring all work meets specified standards and requirements. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including inspection reports, progress updates, and compliance records. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between on-site teams, project managers, and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively across GCC countries to various project sites. Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven experience in site coordination and project management within the construction industry. Knowledge: Familiarity with SIR, MIR, and WIR processes and requirements. Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively. Travel: Must be willing to travel frequently across GCC countries.
