Male Receptionist Wanted Hotel in Jabal Amman, 1st Circle We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Male Receptionist to join our team at a top rated hotel near downtown. Responsibilities: Providing exceptional guest service and ensuring guest satisfaction Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently Answering guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly Promoting hotel services and amenities to maximize sales Maintaining accurate records and reports Qualifications: Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic internet applications Strong sales and customer service skills A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous hospitality experience preferred Knowledge of additional languages is a plus Benefits: Starting salary of 350 JOD plus monthly commission Quarterly performance-based bonuses Annual vacations and social security Opportunities for career growth and development Schedule: Four (4) days, PM shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (8 hours) Two (2) days, full shift: 12 hours One (1) day off per week To Apply: Please send your CV to: [email protected] No phone calls or applications via comments will be accepted.
