Medical Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Medical Marketing Specialist with prior experience and an existing network within hospitals and clinics for medical devices in the UAE and other GCC countries. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth.Responsibilities:· Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our medical devices within the UAE and other GCC markets.· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, and clinics.· Identify market trends, competitive intelligence, and opportunities for product differentiation.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral, sales tools, and promotional materials.· Organize and participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.· Conduct market research and analysis to identify target segments and optimize marketing strategies.· Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.· Minimum of 57 years of experience in medical device marketing or sales within the UAE and other GCC healthcare industries.· Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals across the GCC region.· Strong understanding of the GCC healthcare market dynamics, regulations, and competitive landscape.· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
