Telesales executive

Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, contacting potential customers, and closing sales deals over the phone. Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads list.- Introduce and promote our products/services to prospects, highlighting their benefits and features.- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches to meet those needs effectively.- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Requirements:- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with potential customers.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Self-motivated and target-oriented.- High school diploma or equivalent. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.
