Sr. Network Engineer

Hiring Sr. Network Engineer (CCIE) Duration: 1 yr ext Experience: 7+ Years Location: Dubai (Onsite) JD: Mandatory skills: Cisco Switching and Routing: • Proficiency in Cisco routing and switching technologies, including configuration and troubleshooting of routers (e.g., Cisco ISR, ASR) and Catalyst switches series. • Understanding of dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP. • Experience with VLANs, STP, HSRP, VRRP, and other switching technologies. • Experience with Cisco Nexus technologies, such as vPC and VDC Palo Alto Networks: • Expertise in Palo Alto Networks firewall solutions, including configuration of Multi–Virtual Systems, security policies, NAT, VPNs, and threat prevention. • Knowledge of Palo Alto Networks Panorama for centralized management. • Skills in configuring and managing security zones and policies. F5 Networks: • In-depth knowledge of F5 BIG-IP platforms, including LTM (Local Traffic Manager), GTM (Global Traffic Manager), ASM (Application Security Manager), and iRules. • Configuration and optimization of F5 load balancers for application delivery and high availability. VMware NSX-T: • Understanding of virtualization concepts and experience with VMware NSX-T for software-defined networking (SDN). • Implementation and management of NSX-T components, including logical switches, routers, and security services. • Integration of NSX-T with other VMware products and solutions. Network Design and Architecture: • Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures. Security and Compliance: • Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance requirements. • Experience in implementing security measures across F5, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, and NSX-T environments. Troubleshooting Skills: • Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues in complex network environments. • Familiarity with packet-level analysis and debugging tools. • Data center management • CCNP Routing&Switching;Automation and Scripting: • Proficiency in automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for network automation tasks. • Experience with orchestration tools for automating repetitive network tasks. Microsoft 365 Administration: • Proficient in administering Microsoft 365 environments, including user and group management, licensing, and compliance settings. Exchange Online: • Expertise in configuring and managing Exchange Online, including routing, mail flow rules, and mailbox management. Certifications: • CCIE in Security or Routing and switching.
