Hiring Off-Plan /Real Estate Sales Manager Job Location – Dubai Salary - AED 10,000 – 15,000 + Sales Commission Job Requirements: • Any Graduate or similar level in real estate, finance, or business administration • 5+ years’ of UAE experience in real estate sales and in off-plan sales market. • Proven experience to achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan. • Must have experience in managing the entire sales process flow - design, plan and execute new sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue. • Hands on experience building, maintaining and restructuring relationships with Real Estate Brokers, and Freelance Property Consultants to help and assist in bringing newer clients. • Must have knowledge of Dubai’s premium real estate market. • Deep understanding of the broker’s work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process • Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills. • Proficient in MS office skills, outlook and in CRM software and sales tools etc. • Must have valid UAE driving license and a car APPLY HERE https://gulfcareerhunt.com/off-plan-real-estate-sales-manager-dubai-uae/
