Responsibilities: Food Preparation: Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and guidelines.Adhere to portion control and presentation standards. Cooking Techniques: Demonstrate proficiency in various cooking techniques, including grilling, sautéing, baking, and frying.Monitor cooking times and temperatures to avoid overcooking or undercooking. Menu Development: Contribute to menu planning and development based on seasonal availability and customer preferences.Suggest creative and innovative dishes to enhance the culinary offerings.
