Job Title: Furniture Upholstery Outdoor Sales/Marketing Specialist Location: Qudaibiya, Bahrain Experience: Minimum 1 Year License: Car License Required Visa: Must Have Valid Employment Visa (Visit Visa will not be entertained) Job Type: Full-time Company Overview: We are a well-established upholstery shop in Bahrain, specializing in high-quality furniture and fabric solutions. As part of our growth strategy, we are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Furniture Upholstery Sales Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities: 1: Customer Engagement: Actively engage with potential customers to understand their furniture and upholstery needs and provide tailored solutions. 2: Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in furniture upholstery and possess in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including carpets, curtains, wallpapers, wooden blinds, and vertical blinds. 3: Sales Generation: Drive sales and meet monthly targets by effectively promoting our diverse range of products and services to potential clients. 4: Outdoor Sales Activities: Conduct regular outdoor sales visits to homes, offices, and other potential client locations to showcase our extensive range of upholstery solutions. 5: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. 6: Market Research: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable feedback to the management. 7: Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Requirements: 1: Experience: 1 - 3 years in a similar outdoor sales role, preferably in the furniture or upholstery industry. 2: License: A valid car license is mandatory. 3: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic fluency considered an asset. 4: Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and create win-win situations. 5: Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with the ability to understand and fulfill customer needs. 6: Self-Motivated: Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets. 7: Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
