QAQC ENGINEER

We are looking for a QA/QC Engineer ‘’7 to 10 Years’’ experience. with a civil background for a well-reputed organization in the UAE. experience for our Saudi Project. * Candidates with experience of Marine Construction will be preferred. Qualification •tB-tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering •tTechnical qualification Welding Inspector certified /NDT•tISO Lead auditor- 9001-2025•tExperience - Roads, bridges, Quay walls, Rock Revetments, Temporary Jetty,•tCivil constructions, •tPort/harbour construction,•tquay wall construction, •tdredging Construction/reclamation, •tdewatering filter cake and coarse material. Responsibilities:•tDeveloping & Managing Quality Management plans, policy and implementing the same as per ISO 9001:2015•tTo continuously review quality control processes, procedures and capabilities in order to sustain the most cost effective and efficient methods for meeting quality requirements, and making recommendation for improvement as appropriate.•tFacilitating process improvements and root cause analysis and corrective actions, drives towards continuous•tImprovement & monitor and report quality control progress, notifying any predicted shortfall or discrepancies against set KPI’s.•tUndertaking Quality Audits, complying with client, legal requirements.•tImplementing quality tools for productivity and to reduce failure cost in the process by analysing process data and applying statistical techniques to manage and direct a team of skilled, semi‐skilled and technically based individuals through sound personnel practices such as, Performance management, Relevant and effective inductions, Identification of training needs, etc.•tQA/QC Resource Management with respect Quality function liaising with production and project requirements.•tProviding QA/QC support in: Business development and proposals, Projects, Site quality co-ordination and monitoring, Quality training.•tConducts Client visit and audit for new vendor or supplier registration, qualification and new certifications.•tConducting management review meeting in line with business nature, mission and strategy. Review the inputs and outputs of the review meeting and tasking the action plan for correction and improvement of the process and business.
