Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team in the vibrant setting of Dubai Marina. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the restaurant industry, demonstrating strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Oversee inventory management and control costs.Implement and maintain standard operating procedures. Team Leadership:Recruit, train and motivate staff for optimal performance.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels. Customer Service Excellence:Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall dining experience. Financial Management:Monitor and analyze financial reports to achieve budgetary goals.Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.Collaborate with finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Requirements:Experience:Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in a similar setting.Strong understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends.Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards. Education:Bachelors Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Skills:Exceptional leadership and communication skills.Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software. Personality Traits:Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.Proactive problem-solver with positive attitude.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Most Important Requirement:Hands-on approach: Must be willing to lead by example and actively engage in various aspects of restaurant operations.Be prepared to take on tasks such as making coffee, preparing drinks, serving customers and even assisting with cleaning duties when necessary.Note: The successful candidate for the Restaurant Manager position should embody a hands-on leadership style, actively participating in day-to-day operations to set standard of excellence for the team. The salary for this position ranges from 40005000 AED, depending on experience.
