Hiring Project Manager - Operations All-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications, plus commission A trusted Government Services office based in Dubai Description • Develop comprehensive project plans for civil, real estate, and commercial claim settlements, along with financial debt collection, incorporating timelines, resources, and legal compliance. • Coordinate among clients, legal representatives, real estate entities, financial institutions, and debtors throughout claim settlements and debt recovery procedures. • Supervise and coordinate with internal teams, ensuring adherence to protocols and effective resolution strategies. • Assess risks linked to claim settlements, real estate transactions, commercial disputes, and debt collection, ensuring strict compliance with legal and industry regulations. • Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor project progress, performance metrics, and generate reports outlining key findings, successes, challenges, and recommendations for continuous improvement in service delivery.
