Job DescriptionProject information: Project title, “Storm Daniel Flood Response, North-eastern Libya”, funded by Alliance2015, will provide emergency-response psychosocial support to affected-persons in the affected communities including in the Mantika’s of Al Jabal Al Akhdar, Almari, Benghazi, Derna and Tobruk. CESVI is recruiting a MEAL Officer who will oversee the constant monitoring of the project, lead on project evaluations and population assessments, and manage data collection ana analysis together with the protection team. Specific tasks and responsibilities: Collecting data and participating in interviews, focus group discussions and reviewsCleaning and analyzing project monitoring and evaluation dataDrafting evaluation reports, including findings and making recommendationsMonitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of resultsProvide input, information, and statistics for weekly, monthly and final reportsAssist the project personnel with M& E tools and in supporting them in their useRepresent CESVI in a professional manner in meetings and ensure good cooperation with local partners and other relevant actorsAssiting in the distribution of vouchers and conducting PDMs or supermarket monitoring.Keep abreast of developments and understand the latest information on data protection, confidentiality and other legal issues that impact on the protection of vulnerable groups or individualsTravel to Shahat for monitoring visits as requiredAssist in any other duties relating to nature of the job as may be requested by the Supervisor for the best development of CESVI activities Safeguarding Policies CESVI has zero tolerance approach to any form of abuse and sexual exploitation as well as bullying and a range of non-sexual abuse of power perpetrated by CESVI employee and related personnel against any individual (children and adults) regardless of age, gender, sexuality, disability, religion or ethnic origin.
