Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative and high-quality menus in line with the restaurant's concept and vision. Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and feedback to ensure optimal performance. Manage inventory, control food costs, and monitor kitchen expenses. Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality and fresh ingredients. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Stay abreast of industry trends, culinary techniques, and new ingredients to continuously enhance the menu. Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for achieving culinary and financial goals. Create and maintain standardized recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines. Uphold and enforce kitchen policies and procedures. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale restaurant. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a culinary team. Creativity and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, menu development, and kitchen management.
