The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our production department, with a focus on 3D signage sticker pasting and hoarding work. **Responsibilities:** 1. **Supervision and Coordination:** Lead and manage a team of production workers engaged in 3D signage sticker pasting and hoarding activities. Coordinate tasks and ensure smooth workflow. 2. **Quality Control:** Maintain high standards of quality in production processes. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that 3D signage stickers and hoardings meet company specifications and client expectations. 3. **Training and Development:** Provide training to production staff on the proper techniques for 3D signage sticker pasting and hoarding installation. Identify opportunities for skill development within the team. 4. **Resource Management:** Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower and materials, to meet production targets. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment. 5. **Safety Compliance:** Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all production staff. Conduct regular safety meetings and address any concerns promptly. 6. **Project Planning:** Collaborate with the project management team to plan and schedule 3D signage and hoarding projects. Ensure that production timelines are met and projects are completed on schedule. 7. **Problem Solving:** Address any issues or challenges that arise during the production process.
