Pizza Chef Assistant

From 1 st December: nWe're looking for an ambitious Pizza Chef Assistant with previous experience of 1 years to work in our brand new pizzeria restaurant in El Rehab. nnAs a Pizza Chef assistant you will play a crucial role in our kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas to perfection. Your culinary skills, creativity, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our menu offerings. The ideal candidate should possess a genuine passion for pizza, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. nnResponsibilities:nnKeep track of the ingredients needed or expiring. nPreparation of the dough according to the restaurant original recipe. nPrepare and stretch pizza dough to create thin-crust bases. nSkillfully top pizzas with various ingredients, such as cheese, vegetables, meats, etc. nOperate and maintain pizza ovens, ensuring pizzas are cooked to the appropriate temperature and texture. nEnsure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of pizzas. nMonitor food quality, freshness, and consistency throughout the cooking process. nCollaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of orders. nAdhere to all food safety and sanitation standards. nKeep clean and organized the kitchen and workstations as needed. nnRequirements and skills:nnBoth fluent Arabic and English language (necessary)nProven work experience as a pizza maker (minimum 1 years)nExtensive food and beverage (F& B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishesnFamiliarity with restaurant ordering softwarenPreferable living in the New Cairo area to be able to commute dailynPreferable a proven certificateu002 Fdiploma of hospitalitynSalary according to the experience and ability proven
