مطلوب سكرتير مكتب في الاردن Job Title: Office SecretaryMinimum Experience: 4 years total, 2 years experience in secretarial and admin workLocation: Amman – Jordan We seek experienced professionals in Jordan for the role General Manager Office Secretary.This role demands a highly skilled, self-motivated, and fast-learning individual with excellent multitasking abilities. Responsibilities:• Provide assistance and secretarial support to the GM• Manage office operations and HR tasks• Excellent command in english written and spoken• Compile and submit management reports in a timely manner.• Attend and record minutes of meetings• Monitor administration standards to ensure adherence with corporate guidelines.• Complete other duties as assigned.
