we are looking pastry assistant for our kitchen central must have a background of no less than two years of experience in sweets and pastries. preparing meal ingredient for the chef which includes washing. peeling. cutting. and slicing ingredient We are looking to hire a Pastry bakery Chef with Minimum Experience in Similar Position: 3 Yearssalary range is AED 2 k - 4.5 k depending on experience. Duties & Responsibilities:⦁ Be in charge of the culinary departments to ensure operational efficiency, driving quality standards, whilst ensuring a high level of staff engagement⦁ Create and develop menus and recipes.⦁ Maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards.⦁ Drive high standards of food preparation in order to increase profitability of the restaurant.⦁ Enforce the implementation of food safety programs throughout the entire restaurant.⦁ Maintain the branding and the quality of every meal.⦁ Take responsibility for the Bakery, Desserts and Pastry sections.⦁ Ensure the food quality is always of high standards.⦁ Supervise the daily operation of the kitchen.our restraint located in abu dahbi government complex (Abstract Boho llc ) contact us in WhatsApp + 971506692042
