Position: Media Manager Direct Manager: General Manager Job Description: Media Managers are communication specialists who develop and implement all targeted content for various media platforms. A Media Manager shall be the voice for Libyan Wings Airlines across social channels. He/ She is responsible for responding to comments and creating content. Position duties and tasks: Identify press opportunities through evolving issues.Develop content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.Ensure that key messages align with vital business strategies.Serve as the company’s media liaison and formal spokesperson.Conduct press conferences and briefings.Build and manage the company’s social media profile and presence.Build long-term relationships with media influencers.Appropriately manage the organization’s media budget.Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily.Collaborate with other departments, like marketing, sales, and customer service. Requirements: Ability to conduct press conferences and briefings.Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.Available to travel inside and outside of Libya.Minimum 3 years experience with a related field.Strong writing skills in both Arabic and English.
