Multi Site Manager

We are looking for a Multi Site Manager to oversee the development of Café Home. Our current locations are in Sports City, Dubai and Al Barsha, Dubai with further sites in the pipeline. Café Home is a UAE born café brand entering our 2 nd year. Café Home focuses on providing our customers with a home from home. A place to relax, unwind and connect with others. Quality coffee and affordable gourmet meals severed in a relaxing chilled atmosphere. We operate in Residential and Commercial towers and have not yet started delivery. We employ a Head Chef and superb team committed to the brand and their customers. You will lead the team and report to the Shareholders and Managing Partners. This is a hands on working Management Role with a split between office and locations working within the business. Our Managing partners are not afraid to sweep floors and clean dishes and this is the “Business First” mentality all team members including management should share. The successful candidate will have the following • 2 Years Experience with a known branded competitor • Knowledge of all things coffee • Experience with delivery portals and suppliers • Positive and supportive attitude towards your team • 100% Focus on quality, presentation and delivery of our brand • Ability to train and develop staff • Commitment to customer care and service • Eye for detail as the small things matter • Drivers Licence Salary Range is AED 8,400 - 10,000 all inclusive with genuine bonus structure based upon KPIs agreed within the business. Visa, 30 days holidays, insurance and other benefits. We genuinely expect your salary to grow as the company acquires new locations.
