We are currently seeking motivated and empathetic individuals to join our team as Call Centre Representatives, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and assistance. Position: Call Centre Representative Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously. Listen attentively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions. Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems effectively. Navigate computer systems and databases to access and update customer information. Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance. Document all call information accurately and comprehensively. Upsell or cross-sell products and services as appropriate. Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services. Adhere to call center policies and procedures for quality assurance. Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus. Previous customer service or call center experience is advantageous. Exceptional communication and active listening skills. Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer concerns. Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to finding solutions. Adaptability to changing call center processes and technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
