HR Assistant/ HR Coordinator - aljesir alfidhi ‎دبي

Job details A fast-expanding FMCG/food firm is looking to appoint a junior accountant female candidate. The function will assist the financial department by managing everyday accounting activities. Under the supervision of the Senior Accountant, the job will be responsible for preparing financial statements, reports, and assisting with any financial and operational requirements from other departments. Responsibilities Record all company transactions by posting and processing journal entries. Perform general accounting duties such as preparing invoices, vouchers, and data entries. Perform regular bank and petty cash reconciliation. Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial reports, and variance reports from the budget. Prepare trial balances, income statements, and other financial accounts in accordance with legal, accounting, and financial rules. Provide assistance with the annual audit, tax computation, and consolidation processes. File all reimbursements, reports, and data for payroll. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any Finance-related degree. · Up to 1 year of experience in a similar role. · In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles . · Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. · Females are preferred. · Great attention to detail. · Advanced MS Excel skills. · Fluent in English (oral & writing).
