Job Description: Overview: As a Senior Sales Executive at Jopack, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. You will be the face of our company, responsible for presenting our world-class packaging solutions to potential clients while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand clients' needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet them. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on packaging solutions. Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the packaging industry. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements. Close sales deals and manage contract negotiations. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are met. Provide feedback from clients to inform product and service enhancements. Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports for management. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with 3-5 years of experience in the packaging industry. Strong knowledge of packaging products and solutions. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
