Agro Egypt Agricultural Products is looking for a professional Human Resources Manager to join our thriving team. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's human resources, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations. Job Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the organization's human resources, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee relations. Develop and implement human resources strategies that support the company's goals. Ensure the company's compliance with relevant human resources laws and regulations. Build and manage relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 5+ years of experience in human resources, including leadership experience. Strong knowledge of human resources laws and systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
