Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to the management team, ensuring smooth operations of the office and efficient communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Having a car is preferred for this position as it will facilitate various tasks related to office management and dealing with governmental entities. Responsibilities:1. Daily Reports: Prepare accurate and timely reports, including financial summaries, project updates, and other relevant information as required by the management team. 2. Email Correspondence: Manage and respond to s on behalf of the management team, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. 3. Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and addressing any administrative issues that may arise. 4. Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees, addressing their queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 5. Meeting Preparation: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, arranging necessary equipment, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required. 6. Governmental Entities: Liaise with various governmental entities, such as local authorities, to ensure compliance with regulations and handle any administrative procedures or documentation required. 7. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for the management team, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation logistics. Qualifications:- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism. - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in preparing reports and documents. - Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. - Valid driver's license and access to a car for transportation purposes.
