As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional technical expertise to clients. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the software and hardware product market. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities. Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our software/hardware solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies. Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts to foster trust and loyalty. Negotiate pricing agreements, contracts, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability for the company. Provide post-sales support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends related to software/hardware products. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the software/hardware industry. Strong technical background with knowledge of software applications or hardware components. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets consistently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations tailored to different audiences. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach towards identifying new business opportunities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports.
