ARCHETICT Engineer Full Time Job [Mid-Level) Bachelor's degree in Architecture 5-8 years of experience as an Architect in a reputed architectural firm or Engineering Consultancy company in Dubai Analyzing architectural designs and plans Ability to present to client and verey Creative in architectural designs Familiar with all phases of design with a focus on pre concept and concept design Ensuring all designs meet industry standards and Dubai government regulations Good understanding of the rules and regulations and further submissions and follow up to clear further comments for DM, DDA, Nakheel, Trakheed, DCD,..etc. Good coordination skills Highly creative and detail-oriented individual Only Arabic Nationality (Male / Female) Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing) Good analytical and problem-solving skills CAD is a must and REVIT is advantage.
