We believe that with hard work, dedication and rigorous execution we will build the next great educational company.Job Description Manage the daily operations of the hackerspace smoothly and efficiently. Coordinate with the sales and operations team to manage the capacity of the hackerspace. Assist members by providing clear instructions and maintaining clean and safe work environments. Collaborate with the marketing team to organize events such as workshops, information sessions, demonstrations, job fairs, etc. Handle the onboarding process for students and instructors. Provide after-sales technical support to new customers. Create an environment conducive to learning, creativity, and innovation. Gather feedback from students and instructors to ensure overall experience improvement. Qualifications You have a hands-on attitude and are not afraid to tackle a range of operational tasks. You are proactive, an excellent communicator, and a community builder. You understand that you represent both students and instructors, and you can effectively organize your work and set priorities. You work well both within a team and independently. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Capable of prioritizing tasks when faced with a heavy workload and tight deadlines. Required Education and Experience Minimum 1 year of professional experience in operations or project management, customer service, or sales roles.
