CS Global Partners is seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with a proven record of accomplishment of success to support the growth of the business. The candidate must be able to develop new B2 B networks primarily throughout the Middle East and North African region and sign-up direct clients, as well as following up with existing clients and business partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced company with a hands-on team! Job Description: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for following up with clients, contacting new leads, organising, and updating the contact database, researching information in new markets, representing CS Global Partners and the relevant Governments at events. To work closely with our London and South Africa based marketing team and to provide ideas and opportunities to market Citizenship by Investment programmes. Core Competencies and Experience • You must be energetic, engaging, self-motivated, hands-on, and willing to take the initiative, with extraordinarily strong negotiation skills • Your interpersonal, oral, and written communication must be excellent • You must demonstrate passion, persistence, creativity, and a determination to get things done • You must have an impeccable manner over the phone and be aware of cross-cultural differences • You must be organised, able to self-manage, and be goal and results driven • You must be highly adaptable, able to insert, collate and analyse data with a critical eye • You must show a level of passion for Sales. Key Accountabilities • Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for generating significant business revenue each year and meeting agreed sales and business targets as defined by management • Developing new business via various lead generation channels • Working on all facets of the sales process, from lead generation through the sales process itself, and into account management and development • Planning, preparing, and executing meetings with client prospects and potential partners • Identifying new sales leads, pitching products and/or services • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers • Representing CS Global Partners at industry events and conferences.
