Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls, and take messages. Manage and schedule appointments and meetings. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Provide information and assist guests with inquiries. Assist in administrative tasks and data entry. Handle mail and deliveries. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. Requirements: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using office software and phone systems. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
