We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dubai. Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and friendly manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively. Handle customer concerns with empathy and work towards swift and satisfactory resolutions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while ensuring accuracy. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role or a related field is advantageous. Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software. A positive and empathetic attitude towards customers. Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes when needed.
