Product Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Product Marketing Manager - Fixed Voice and UC Regulatory Systems MEA (Techvista) ! This exciting B2 B role focuses on regulatory initiatives. Role Summary: • 70%: Manage engagements with Telecom Regulator for Fixed Voice and Unified Communications services, including Fixed Numbers Portability, Toll-Free Fixed Numbers Portability, Voice Spam, Mobile Number Portability, Consumer Protection Regulations, Calling Name Presentation, and Bitstream. Engage with product owners and product development/IT teams for compliance-related and audit-related projects. • 30%: Support existing commercial Fixed Voice products and prepare new UCaaS/CCaaS products. Responsibilities: • Manage regulatory compliance and audit requirements for Business products. • Lead projects related to regulatory objectives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Drive change management and recurrent operational activities with internal stakeholders. • Identify gaps and propose workarounds to enhance operations. • Ensure compliance with policies related to billing and Customer Protection Rights updates. • Handle customer feedback and complaints, identifying root causes and process improvements. • Develop and update policies, procedures, and guidelines for the products. • Provide performance reports to management, including key events and trends. • Conduct training for internal teams. • Analyze market needs, trends, and profitability for Business Voice and UC products. • Create financial business cases for new services/products and revisions. • Design marketing awareness campaigns for product launches. Qualifications and Skills: • 5+ years of experience in the Telecom industry with Voice services. • 3 years of Product Management and Marketing experience. • Project and Program management expertise. • Understanding of Telecom Regulation for Voice, PSTN, and VoIP services. • Proficiency in PowerPoint, data visualization, and chart development. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive, service-oriented personality. • Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capabilities.
