We are looking for an innovative and creative ((Arabic Social Media Specialist)) to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing daily social media activities, and producing high quality videos and photos to promote our brand and engage our target audience. Responsibilities: 1. Social Media Strategy and Management: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, increase traffic and generate leads. - Monitor social media trends, best practices and emerging platforms to ensure our social media presence remains innovative and competitive. Create and maintain a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across different platforms. - Regularly analyze and report on social media performance metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 2. Content Creation: - Conceptualize and produce engaging, engaging videos, including shooting, editing, and post-production tasks. Take high-quality images that align with our brand image and target audience preferences. - Create compelling written content, such as captions, blog posts, articles, and social media updates. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns that resonate with our target audience. 3. Community Management: - Monitor social media channels and respond quickly to comments, messages and inquiries from followers, ensuring a positive and engaging user experience. - Foster relationships with social media influencers and brand advocates, leveraging their networks to increase brand visibility and engagement. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in relevant conversations and discussions on social media platforms. 4. Social Media Ads: - Assist in planning and implementing paid social media campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, and optimization. - Monitor ad performance, adjust budgets, and make recommendations for improvements based on campaign goals. 5. Analytics and Reports: - Track and analyze key social media metrics, such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and customer sentiment. - Generate regular reports on social media performance, highlighting successes, trends and areas for improvement. - Use data insights to improve social media strategies and tactics, optimizing content and campaigns for maximum impact. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field. - Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. - Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences and best practices. - Proficiency in video shooting, editing and post-production software. - Experience with graphic design and image editing tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data. - Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. - Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media platforms simultaneously. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Knowledge of current trends and developments in social media and digital marketing. Requirements and skills - Minimum of 2 years experience as a specialist in social media, promotion, and paid campaigns. - Graphic design is an advantage - Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist. - Experience developing social media strategies and marketing plans. - Practical experience in content management. - Excellent communication skills. - Analytical skills and multitasking. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations, or a related field. - Microsoft Office skills. - English and Arabic required.
