• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Maintain accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and invoices. • Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable. • Prepare tax returns and reports. • Analyze financial data and trends. • Provide financial advice to management. • Performs in-store and warehouse periodic check. • Perform physical inventory cycle count on monthly basis. • Conducting inventory audits. • Produce monthly and daily reports for the stock. • Follow-up on all inventory transaction linked with inventory Expenses Account and validate them. • Keep updated inventory records. • Create and maintain a detailed inventory of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies. • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field. • 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. • Experience with financial reporting and analysis. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
