Wellness Center in Muscat is currently seeking a talented and motivated Wellness Center Manager to join our dynamic team.  Job Responsibility As Below: 1.  Facility Management: You are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the cryogenic center. This includes overseeing the maintenance and functioning of cryogenic equipment, ensuring the facility meets safety and regulatory standards, and coordinating with staff to maintain a smooth workflow.  2.  Staff Supervision: As a manager, you will lead a team of cryogenic technicians and support staff. Your responsibilities may include hiring and training personnel, setting work schedules, and ensuring that staff members are following protocols and procedures.  3.  Quality Control: Maintaining high-quality standards is crucial in cryogenic preservation. You will be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality control processes to ensure the integrity and viability of preserved materials. This may involve regular testing, documentation, and adherence to established protocols.  4.  Customer Service: Cryo centers often work with clients who store biological samples, such as reproductive cells, tissues, or stem cells. Your role includes interacting with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring excellent customer service. You may also be involved in business development, marketing, and client retention strategies.  5.  Safety and Compliance: Cryogenic materials can be hazardous if mishandled. As a Cryo Centre Manager, you must ensure that all safety protocols are followed to minimize risks to staff, clients, and the environment. Compliance with relevant regulations, such as those related to biohazardous materials and waste management, is essential.  6.  Research and Development: Cryo centers may be involved in research and development activities, exploring new preservation techniques, or collaborating with scientific institutions. You may participate in research projects, stay updated with advancements in cryogenic technology, and contribute to the development of innovative preservation methods.  7.  Budgeting and Financial Management: As a manager, you will be responsible for budgeting and financial management of the cryogenic center. This includes monitoring expenses, managing procurement processes, and ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.  Preferd Language: Arabic /English Salary and benifit will discuss in interview.  Send your Cv to [email protected] Contact : +96871774002
