The position of Receptionist is to assist the management in planning, organising and directing the overall operations and administration of the Health Club reception while maintaining standards as prescribed in the policy. To be able to advise and guide a guest with any questions or query, to provide outstanding customer care to all guests and assist management with administration, provide  consultations and retail advice whenever necessary. Should knowledgeable of all spa services, pricing, and other services provided by the Spa.  Responsible for conveying a description of all services, pricing, and other services to the guest in informative, knowledgeable manner. To schedule and organize all health club & spa consultations and appointments To ensure that the daily logbook has been properly filled out and submitted to Health Club Supervisor Detailed JD will be provided during Interview.
