Description:  - Lead finance team to maintain books of accounts in Oracle ERP as required in a courier industry. - Responsible for Accounting/ Billing and Collections of Receivables. - Prepare policy and procedures required for the different activities of the department and for new services introduces. - Assist in the preparation of Budget for the company. - Reconciliations of Cash on Delivery payments collected on behalf of E-Commerce companies. - Reconciliations of Credit card payments received with the amount in the bank. - Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities - Formulating strategic and long-term business plans - To continuously review and monitor the adequacy of systems, procedures and other relevant records to ensure compliance with other taxation Regulations. - VAT preparation, com pletion, review and submission of VAT returns within the filing deadlines and in compliance with the local VAT laws and policies - Prepare financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. - Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems. - Carry out external audit in a timely manner. - Ensure daily routine work is being done by the staff to achieve their KPIs. 5 years of related work experience in Express (Courier), Freight industry and Oracle ERP experience.
