Job Summary:
TCUK Dubai, a leading telecommunications company, is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries and concerns. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your communication and problem-solving skills while working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Follow company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Meet or exceed established performance goals and targets
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
