Key Responsibilities: Hiring: Staffing: Onboarding: Continuous Training: Performance Management: Conflict Resolution: Team Building Activities: Labor Law Relations and Policy Development: Maintaining Employee Record Keeping: Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR specialist or in a senior HR management role. In-depth knowledge of Kuwait labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
