We are Looking for Experienced Accountants We are currently seeking experienced and thorough Accountants to join our rapidly growing firm. Responsibilities: Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL control, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Revenue Recognition, accounts consolidation, and periodic reconciliations as applicable. Review corporate and personal income tax returns to ensure accuracy. Enter all data into rental and financial systems. Oversee the processing of payroll taxes. Maintain and establish new client relationships. Prepare invoices for companies and organizations. Manage all accounting transactions. Prepare budget forecasts. Publish financial statements in a timely manner. Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely bank payments. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or relevant field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Expertise working with QuickBooks and financial statements. Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases. Fluent English is required.
