A heavy equipment service engineer is required to work in Jeddah. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to their customers and ensuring the optimal performance of their products. You will also work closely with their sales and customer success teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues, develop solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Location - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers via in-person visits. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to our products and services. Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues. Manage and maintain customer’s equipment.Requirements: 2+ Years of Work experience in Mechanical or Electrical Troubleshooting of Heavy equipment or trucks KSA Driver’s License please send your CV to
