Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective social media advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, increase engagement, and generate leads- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube- Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitor activities- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with overall marketing objectives- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports on key metrics and insights- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media advertising- Manage ad budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI- Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to create compelling ad creatives- Ensure compliance with advertising guidelines and regulations- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely mannerRequirements:- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or Ads Specialist- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and ad management platforms (e. g. , Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ad campaigns- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferredJoin our dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our company through your expertise in social media advertising.
