Looking for Senior HR officer Job Title: Senior HR Officer Industry: Food Work Location: Amman - King Abdullah ii Industrial (Sahab) Requirements: Minimum 5 Years of experience in HR positions Very good knowledge of working with Menaitech system Excellent English Language Responsibilities : Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Providing guidance and coaching to managers on performance improvement and development plans Develop employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Handle Payroll,Attendance employee relations Issues Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and practices. Coordinate training and development programs and ensure compliance with policies.
